We’ve had a lot of success over the years, and it’s really starting to show. Today, we’d like to express gratitude for those successes.
Some of our loyal customers have noticed, our office space has grown considerably, as we’ve expanded our footprint there to handle our growing needs. As well, what may not be quite as obvious, our tool and gear storage footprint has grown, to accommodate our ever growing collection of new technology and top level performance equipment. We’ve invested in new and custom made hydro-jetters, heavy duty street working equipment, superior piping technology, the latest in testing, diagnostics and inspection tools, and most importantly: the people who make up our family at Western Rooter.
We’ve added some new members to our team, true expert plumbers, and service professionals who we believe are top notch in their field. In particular, we’d like to express gratitude to David Litten, Dave Gilmore, their crew, technicians and service professionals, as they’ve all been fantastic additions to our growing family.
We’re still continually focused on training, and education as well. Pay attention to our social media feeds on Fridays, as that’s when we try to give every member of the team opportunity to become increasingly more valuable.
We’ve also expanded in other areas as well, to ensure we are able to provide the highest possible quality of service (and at what we hope are fair prices, too). To guarantee our warranties, we extended our insurance coverage, so there’s no need to worry about the quality of our work. To ensure we can provide the maximum level of service, we’re now licensed and bonded to do street work on municipal lines, so there’s no need to worry about finishing jobs.
Again, we recognize a lot of that success is attributed to you, our loyal customers, so we wanted to let you know we’re here to help you with any of your plumbing related needs.
