Can I install copper pipes for plumbing myself?
While we’re often happy to advise our customers on how to DIY, for those who are handy, installation of these pipes isn’t something we recommend you do yourself. To properly fit the pipes together requires sweating (soldering) to fit them together. For this reason, we don’t recommend you give installation of copper pipes a go yourself, not unless you’ve got as much practice as our master plumbers.
Is copper pipe good for plumbing?
With copper piping comes unmatched durability and endurance, but there is also a cost involved for that longer lifespan. We understand that for many, price is a big concern.
Even though we prefer to use these copper pipes, if the price is your primary concern, we can also offer another solution that is cheaper and easier to work with.
