Customers are often surprised by their tap water quality - we're happy to offer free water testing to help inform you of what's in your water
We offer free water purity tests and consultations for whole house water filters.
We’re happy to help inform our customers about the quality of their tap water. This is why we offer free water tests. However, for many people, a quick answer to their questions can be provided by looking up local municipal tap water pollutant test results at the Tap Water Pollutant Report on the EWG Tap Water Database.

If you have any questions after you’ve looked at the figures, we’ll be happy to help explain, and also inform you of how a HALO 5 Whole House Water Treatment and Filtration System can be used to help clean, filter, condition and treat all of the water flowing into your home from municipal tap water lines.

Do you know what's in your water lines?
While it’s true, compared to the lack of access to clean drinking water in many other regions, in the San Gabriel Valley, we have some pretty clean tap water.
That being said, it’s still less than ideal for many households. Here are some problems we’ve encountered in many tap water lines:
- High chlorine levels (sometimes as high as pool water).
- Heavy mineral content, and less than ideal pH levels (hard water).
- High concentrations of other contaminants, and trace elements.
- Bad taste and foul odors from tap water.
- Sediments and fine particles of sand, scale, clay, rust, dirt, or organic materials suspended in water.
