Going Green with Tankless Water Heaters from Noritz

It’s Water Heater Wedensday, and today we’d like to talk a little bit about how your choice of water heater can help if you’re looking into going green this 2018. Check out this info-graphic from Noritz America, showing a few useful facts about tankless water heaters:

  • A tankless water heater can save you up to 40% of your current water heating bill.
  • If every US household switched to tankless hot water, it would equal CO2 savings equivalent to talking 6.7 million cars off the road.
  • Noritz water heaters last up to twice as long as traditional tank water heaters, so they reduce landfill waste.
  • A cypress tree reduces 31 pounds of CO2 per year. Switching to a Noritz tankless water heater could reduce as much 1,000 pounds of CO2 per year, equivalent to 33 cypress trees!

All of this is better for our wallets, and better for our environment. What’s not to like about an eco friendly and money saving plumbing solution? We thought so, too.

FYI, a lot of this information about these eco friendly tank free water heating solutions is true of many manufacturers, but we obviously do appreciate the solid reputation and performance we’ve come to expect from Noritz. Give us a call and we’ll be happy to look at your specific needs and make a recommendation, and offer a free estimate for installation.
