A New Year is upon us, and with it comes resolutions. New Year’s resolutions may sound cliché but experts say that writing down your goals, creating a course of action, and practicing methods of self-affirmation can help lead to success. As we think about our own New Year’s resolutions, we’re considering our prior commitments, and revisiting new ones. As a local small business, family owned and operated, and expert plumbers and rooters, we’ve focused on offering the best quality plumbing service we can at a fair price, and also giving back within our local community. We’d like to continue those commitments and open up thoughts on how we can do better.
Let’s start with our primary goal: we’re in the business of finding solutions, not creating more problems. We always hope our usual business practices are enough, and we’ve received great reviews on Yelp over the years, so we’re happy to renew our usual commitments. For starters, we’ve always been committed to honest and quality service. We always offer Free Estimates up-front for bigger jobs, and we publish our Price Sheet so you can be sure our plumbing technicians are always charging a fair price for common plumbing services.

Whenever we can, we like to give back to our community as well. For example, last year, we really ramped up our participation with Friends in Deed, giving Friends in Deed a Shout Out, supporting their National Day of Prayer, and relishing in the Jazz on the Green event.
